1. I want to check the status of my order. How do I find out the status?

To check the status of your order you may log into your account and click òYour Accountó. You may be able to view all of the orders placed on your account including the status. If you used Google Checkout to place your order, you may log on to Google Checkout and view your order status there.

2 How do I send the order I received for return?

3. I am trying to view my order, but I can not log into my account.

Make sure you are using the correct email address used to create the account. If you have forgotten your password, you would be able to recover that information with our Password Recovery function.

4 I didn't receive my package, what do I do now?

To see how long it takes to receive a package from us, look at our Shipping Information. Check to make sure that the full shipping address is correct and complete on the order. You may also want to try contacting the company used to ship the package to see if they know the where about of your package. Sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address. It is also a good idea to check with your neighbors to see if they had received the package for you. If the package is being delivered to a multi complex building, sometimes packages are left at the front desk. If you are still having trouble locating your package, please contact our customer service department for further assistance regarding this issue.

5. The product I want to order is out of stock? I would like to order this item when it does become available. Can you let me know when the product comes back in stock?

Yes, we would be able to notify you once an out of stock item has come back in stock. To be notified when an item does come back in stock, click the "notify me when product is back in stock" link which is located on the product page. Once this item is restocked, you will be notified via email. Please note that this function does not reserve the item for you.

6. I forgot my account password, how do I retrieve it?

To retrieve your password via e-mail, please use the Password Recovery function to help recover your password.
